Internal Tooth Lock Washers are for locking and tension. Teeth on the inside of the washer create locking tension by "biting down" on the assembly. The tension adds resistance to rotation that may be caused by vibration. They provide a smooth finished exterior edge.
- The zinc coating applied serves as a protective barrier against corrosion resistance
- The inward-pointing teeth grip the fastener head, providing excellent resistance to loosening
