Our inventory of over 50,000 MROP (maintenance, repair, operating and production) products includes abrasives, wire wheels and brushes, cutting tools and fluids, band saw blades, fasteners, hardware, adhesive and tape, hand, mechanics and measuring tools, power air tools and accessories, tool room supplies, precision tools, health and safety, environmental and personal hygiene items, paint, brushes, caulking, lubricants, sealants, facility maintenance, janitorial and sanitation products, paper products, plumbing and electrical products, material handling equipment, rope, shovels, and storage products. At our head office in Kitchener, our multi-branch system is completely integrated throughout the country by means of our advanced computer capabilities. Customer service representatives and outside sales representatives can access a complete range of customer and supplier information instantly. Everything they need is right at their fingertips including the current inventory in any one of our warehouse locations.
Our unique wireless warehouse management system far exceeds anything others have to offer. This totally "paperless" system electronically handles all product movement within our 200,000 square foot warehouse in Kitchener. The system controls scheduling and picking of orders, cycle counts for perpetual inventory control and is used for purchase order receiving and put-aways.
Our Computer Controlled Conveyor System runs throughout our Kitchener warehouse. Through the use of hand held terminals and wireless technology, the computer co-ordinates and monitors all product movement. The result is the most reliable order filling system available today.
